The Christmas Mini sessions are held in my purpose-built, natural light home studio located in Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire, UK. 

Upon booking your Christmas mini-shoot session, you will be prompted to pay a £49 deposit by card. The remainder is due on the day of your shoot. All major UK debit and credit cards are accepted.

I will do my best to reschedule you if there is another slot available, however, as these mini sessions have very limited availability, I cannot guarantee another spot. Please contact me as soon as you know you need to reschedule and I will do my best to accommodate you. Your deposit of £49 is non-refundable for this mini-session shoot. 

The set-up is designed for capturing families of up to 2 adults and 3 children. I will endeavour to capture individual, Sibling and family shots within the 20-minute time limit. The shoot is suitable for babies 6+ months old. If you have more than 3 children or younger babies, please contact me directly first before booking your slot and I will try my best to accommodate you 🙂

Following your shoot, you’ll receive a link to your soft-proof online gallery. From here you will be able to easily choose and order your favourite images. Once final edits have been made, your images will be delivered as high-resolution digital download files. 

Your watermarked gallery will be sent to you within 2 weeks. Once you have ordered your images, they will be returned to you fully edited 1 week later; allowing plenty of time for you to use the images as gifts for Christmas should you wish.

Yes! This shoot is suitable for up to 2 adults and 3 children. I highly encourage parents (especially Mums!) to take the opportunity to get in the photos.. as often we are the ones snapping away on the sidelines. Got to get those family shots in whenever possible! Of course if you'd just rather capture the kiddo's that's absolutely fine too :)

Honestly don’t overthink it! This set-up is deliberately kept tastefully festive yet to a neutral and pretty palette, so almost anything clothes-wise will work 🙂 I love classic cosy neutrals such as a knitted cardigan or jumper with jeans/leggings. Avoid lots of patterns and Logos that clash and will date your images. I will ask you to remove shoes in the studio unless they are very clean (or new) so either barefoot or some neutral socks, please! Otherwise, have fun picking outfits that are authentically you!
TIP: Please don’t leave picking out an outfit to the last minute – there’s nothing that ruins the mood like stressing about what to wear the night before.
TIP 2: Bring a Christmas jumper or pyjamas to add some fun and variety into your family gallery!
Tip 3: Make it fun and get everyone involved by doing a family fashion show and trying on loads of outfits from the wardrobes one night to make sure your outfits all work cohesively together. The kids feel involved and it’s great family bonding time!
